Single Wedding Ring Quilt Block Pattern – Classic and Vintage Series – Fat Quarter Shop

Hey guys! It’s Kimberly from the Fat Quarter Shop. When I first started quilting, my favorite quilts were Double Wedding Ring quilts. They are so beautiful and timeless. They are also more advanced, so on today’s Classic & Vintage series we’ll tackle a simpler block, the Single Wedding Ring Quilt Block.

  1. I was so excited when I saw the title of this tutorial, but this looks nothing like any Wedding Ring blocks I've ever seen and all those half square triangles are very distracting!

  2. I really love your tutorials! Thank you for being so detailed. I would love to see an episode of this series for the double wedding ring quilt block. There are already plenty of videos out there that describe cutting the pieces, but none that really cover the sewing and pressing in great detail.

  3. Precious quilt. I love this block! Your tutorial makes it easy. I especially love the HST papers on a roll. All you have to do is sew and cut on the lines for perfectly sizes pieces! Thank you for this tutorial.

  4. I love vintage blocks and with modern fabric wow. But I simply adore the fabric line you used here. That quilt is delicate and timeless. I'm inspired.
